Roll-off dispatch software for 1 to 15 truck fleets
If you run roll-off or dumpster rental with a whiteboard, a spreadsheet or a paper ticket book, WasteForge replaces all three with one dispatch board and a driver app, built for small independent haulers.
One board for the whole day
Every job, every truck and every container on one screen, with a live map of active jobs. Pick a driver for a job and dispatch it in two clicks; it lands on their phone right away. Cans that are out on rent are listed with how many days they have been out and whether they are past their included days.
Drivers finish the job, the office does not have to
- One big button per job: "Dropped it", "Picked it up", "Swapped", "Moved it".
- The camera opens for a photo; the location and time are saved with it.
- Drivers pick the can in the yard by scanning its QR code or typing its number.
- It works with no signal and sends everything when service comes back.
- A pickup closes the job and creates the invoice. No "mark complete" clicks for the office.
See exactly what happened
Every job has a timeline: who dispatched it, when the driver accepted, went en route and arrived, the drop photo with a pin on the map, any problem the driver reported, and when it was invoiced and paid. It updates on its own, so dispatch sees a drop appear without calling the driver.
Rental terms and overage you approve
Set the included days and a daily rate. The clock runs from the drop to the pickup, and the board flags cans that run over with the amount. Nothing is charged until an owner approves it.

What does roll-off dispatch software do?
It puts every job, truck and can in one place: you assign a driver, the job shows up on their phone, and when they drop or pick up the can, the job, the can's status and the invoice update without anyone typing it in.
How do drivers get their jobs?
On their phone, in the browser. Each job is a card with the customer, address and notes, a status button (Accept, En route, On site) and one button for what they did. Dispatch sees each step live, and drivers can turn on phone alerts for new jobs.
Does it plan routes?
Yes. The route page puts each driver's stops for the day in a short, sensible order and can send a stop through a disposal site. You can print a day sheet per driver.
What does it cost?
$99 a month for 1 to 2 trucks up to $299 for 7 to 15, unlimited users, with a 14-day free trial and no card.
