Dumpster rental software for small business
If you run a handful of roll-off trucks out of one yard, you do not need enterprise waste software with a sales team and a setup fee. You need to know where every can is, get drivers the right jobs, and bill on time. That is what WasteForge is built for.
Built for 1 to 15 trucks
Most small dumpster rental companies run on a whiteboard, a paper ticket book, group texts and a spreadsheet. It works until it does not: a can sits on a job site three weeks past its rental, a driver goes to the wrong address, an invoice never gets sent. WasteForge puts the whole operation in one place without making you learn a system built for a 200-truck hauler.
What you get
- A dispatch board with today's jobs, a live map, and a driver assigned to each job in two clicks. Cans that are out on rent are listed with how many days they have been out.
- A driver app on any phone. Each job is one big card with a Navigate button and one button for what they did ("Dropped it", "Picked it up", "Swapped"). It takes the photo, grabs the location and works with no signal.
- Container tracking with a printable QR code for every can, so you always know what is in the yard, on a site or in transit.
- Invoices created when the job is done, with line items, tax and discounts, plus a view of who has paid and who is overdue.
- A customer portal where your customers see their job status and the driver's photos, and can ask for a pickup.
- Rental terms and overage: set included days and a daily rate, and the board flags cans that run over. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

Getting set up in an afternoon
Add your container sizes and cans (or import them), add your customers, set your prices, and give each driver a login. A short setup checklist walks you through it, and there is a guided tour the first time you sign in. Then dispatch your next job from the board and watch it show up on the driver's phone.

How much does dumpster rental software cost for a small business?
WasteForge is $99 a month for 1 to 2 trucks, $159 for 3 to 4, $219 for 5 to 6 and $299 for 7 to 15, with extra trucks at $30 a month on the bigger plans. Staff and driver logins are unlimited on every plan. Prices are published; there is no quote process.
Do I have to book a demo to try it?
No. You sign up, get 14 days free with no card, and put your own cans, customers and jobs in. If it is not a fit you just stop.
Do my drivers need to install an app?
No. The driver side runs in the phone's web browser. Drivers can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app, and it keeps working with no signal.
Can I bring my existing customers and containers over?
Yes. You can import customers and containers from a CSV file instead of typing them in one by one.
Does WasteForge take card payments from my customers?
Not yet. WasteForge creates the invoices and tracks who has paid, partly paid or is overdue; you record payments as they come in.
