Roll-off container tracking that keeps up with your drivers

Your containers are your inventory and your income. WasteForge tracks each one from the yard to the job site and back, using the driver's phone and a QR sticker. No hardware, no typing in the truck.

The whole fleet at a glance

See how many cans are in the yard, on site, in transit or out for repair, and how many of each size are free to book. Each can has its own page with its history: every drop, pickup and move, newest first, with photos and a map link.

Logged by the driver, not the office

  • Each job card already knows its can. The driver taps one button and the can's status updates.
  • Swaps log both cans: the new one dropped, the old one heading back.
  • A can that is not on the list gets scanned by QR or found by typing its number.
  • No signal at the site? It saves on the phone and sends later with the real time.

Rental time and overage

Set the included days and a daily overage rate on the job. The clock runs from the drop to the pickup. Cans past their days show on the board with the amount owed, ready for you to approve. When the can is picked up, the job closes and the invoice is created.

Preventive maintenance

Give a can an inspection interval or a due date, and WasteForge reminds you in the app when it is due. Log the work and the next due date moves forward by itself.

Questions haulers ask

How does a swap get logged?

The driver taps Swapped. WasteForge logs the new can as dropped and the old can as picked up. The old can is filled in from what is on site at that address, and the driver can change it by scanning or typing its number.

Can I see how many 20 yard cans I have free tomorrow?

Yes. The containers page shows how many cans of each size are in the yard and available, so you can quote and book without walking the yard.

Does it remind me about repairs and inspections?

Yes. Set an inspection interval or a due date on a can and it shows up as due or overdue in the app. Log the work when it is done and the next due date moves forward.

Is there hardware to buy?

No. Tracking comes from your drivers' phones and QR stickers you print yourself.
