Dumpster rental invoicing without the paperwork
Most small haulers lose money in the gap between the job being done and the invoice going out. WasteForge closes that gap: the invoice is created when the driver finishes the job, with everything on it.
Invoices that create themselves
When a driver taps "Picked it up", the job closes and the invoice is built: the job price, any overage days you approved, mileage charges if you bill by distance, your tax rate and your due date. No retyping from a ticket book.
Everything on one invoice
- Line items with quantities and amounts.
- Tax at your rate, saved on the invoice so later changes do not rewrite old bills.
- Discounts and promo codes, with a reason.
- Per-customer pricing for your contractors and repeat accounts.
- An optional per-mile delivery charge, measured from your yard to the site.
Know who owes you
The billing page shows every invoice as unpaid, partial or paid, with due dates, so you can see what is overdue and follow up. Record a payment when the check or transfer comes in, including partial payments.
Rental overage, with your say-so
Set included days and a daily rate on each rental. WasteForge counts from the drop to the pickup and flags cans running over, with the amount. You approve the charge, and it goes on the invoice. Nothing is billed behind your back.
Numbers for the business
Reports show revenue by customer and by driver, and the finance page tracks expenses like fuel and dump fees against revenue for a net profit figure. Your accountant can get their own login that only sees finance.
Related: dispatch and container tracking.

When does the invoice get created?
When the job is done: for a rental, when the can is picked up (or swapped out). It includes the job price and any overage you approved, plus your tax rate and due date.
Are overage days charged automatically?
No. WasteForge counts the days and shows the amount, but a charge only happens when an owner approves it. An approved charge can also be canceled, and the invoice is adjusted.
Can customers pay online?
Not yet. WasteForge tracks invoices and payments you record (full or partial) and shows what is overdue. Online card payments are not built.
Does it connect to QuickBooks?
QuickBooks sync is listed as coming soon on our pricing. Today your accountant can have their own login that only sees the finance page, and export from there.
